Public bug reported:

I have noticed this before but put it down to a glitch. Now I realise
it's reproducible.

Setup a connection, either wifi or 3g, it doesn't matter, but both have to be
available.
Open browser, search google for something to prove you can send/receive data
via the web.
Pull down network indicator, toggle the network interface (so if you were on
3g, switch on wifi, if you were on wifi, turn it off)
Back in the browser, click any link on the page, or try and visit a new url.

For me it's broken. I can't use the browser once I switch interface. If
I switch back, it works again.
