Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

When it launches, the gnome-panel launcher ("tableau de bord" in french) stays
in the middle of my screen, whether what his position should be.
Even when changing the place it should be, it stays in the middle:
When I use Up/Down : It's in the middle of the screen, horrizontaly
When I use Left/Right : same, but verticaly.
The only solution I found to let the tray go to the good place is to check
'extended' and then to uncheck it, so, it's going back to the place it should
be.

Notice that it's only making it with one of my 2 launch-trays, the upper
(Gnome default) always works well.
