Public bug reported:

I just upgraded from feisty to gutsy.  Now all of a sudden the
restricted-manager is telling me that lirc_gpio enabled, is not in use
and that it's non-free.

A few things seem wrong:

1. I could be wrong but I would have thought lirc_gpio was free.
2. It's not loaded according to lsmod.
3. I don't have any IR devices.
