In ubuntu 14.04 everything seems to be normal. But when i tried kubuntu 14.04 there was a big similar to this. I can tap the screen but there is no click event. Also some of the windows are "running away" if you're clicking on them. (similar button-stuck behaviour on suse (especially when I tried toucegg (in terminal there was one key repeated constantly))). My device is acer W700.
