Public bug reported:

When one tries to install OpenShot Video Editor via the Ubuntu Software
Center, the installation fails because "there is no Internet
connection"... However installation is successful via Terminal.

Prior to installing OpenShot Video Editor via Terminal, I had verified
that there was a working Internet connection by opening Web pages and
installing an unrelated program via the Ubuntu Software Center.
