Public bug reported: If I start my Ubuntu 14.04 with Gnome Shell 3.10 the keyboard layout is set to de (german qwertz-layout). After restarting the gnome shell via ALT+F2 the keyboardlayout is set to the english layout (y instead of z and so on). So Ihave to go to keyboardsettings and reset the layout to de. This happens after every Gnome Shell Restart, not on computer reboot.
I tested it with other Linux Distros like Manjaro or Mint with Gnome Shell 3.10. There is no bug like this. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1276467 Title: keyboard layout changers from de to en after restarting gnome shell 3.10 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1276467/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
