Ok, that's probably what I need then, thanks.  What I was looking for was
information on how the PES team should branch the android source for
projects.  I assumed the debian packaging was also in a VCS somewhere.

Do you think it should be?  Is there a sensible way to represent this on top
of the repo forest?
