I will refresh information, - now I have a problem with keys Shift+Alt too. 1. If I press Shift + Alt is not switching. 2. Holding Shift - release Alt button and press Alt again. Layout switched normally.
If you release Shift, then to switch layout you need to repeat this steps again.
