That's unusually wordy for a submenu label. :-(

The people who understood what it *really* meant can probably be counted
with the fingers of one hand. That's one of the reasons why I removed
that item from the menu.

I wouldn't be opposed to re-labeling "(Off)" to something like "No
Detection".
