Hi, it seems I've got a solution.
All the people here including me wanted to establish vpn connection just using 
login and password, without any certificates. I guess we were barking up the 
wrong tree using openvpn.
The right thing to do is this:

sudo apt-get install network-manager-pptp
sudo network-manager restart

Then click to NetworkManager -> Configure VPN -> +Add -> Point-To-Point
Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) in VPN section. That's it!
