Hi, the bug also occours on my installation (compiz 0.9.10.2 + ubuntu 13.10), after I played with Ubuntu Tweak, Unity Tweak, or after I run this command 'dconf reset -f /org/compiz/', I don't know. Now I could not restore the correct behavior.
