I managed to workaround this bug: I found out that the standard-ubuntu-one folder synced just like it should ...but the external additional folders on my harddrive didn't. To resolve the problem I used the webinterface for u1 to stop the syncing of these folders. After turning it on again and re-uploading all the data onto the cloud it now works again. Still, it would be nice to see this fixed since re-uploading is quite time- and bandwith-consuming. thanks.
