Just got the exact same behavior while trying to send a file to a Galaxy Nexus. My laptop and the GNex paired successfully, but the first send attempt returned "Transfer failed (0x4f)". Then the crash happened after I clicked retry. I send files to my phone using bluetooth quite regularly, and I never had any problems until today.
