Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gftp
Using latest Gutsy. When command-line ftp says: > ftp www.econ.ubc.ca ftp: connect: Connection timed out gftp tries, hangs, and crashes with a core dump. I haven't tried multiple sites... I don't know how to find ftp servers which time out in general. Correct behaviour would be to give up and report a timed out connection. ** Affects: gftp (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- gftp 2.0.18 crashes with core dump when new FTP connection times out https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/133546 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
