It looks like an attempt was made to fix this.  When manual
partitioning, if I try to use a root less than 3.2 gb, it tells me it
needs to be at least that large, go back and fix it.  Go with 3.3 gb,
and it fills up, so it looks like the minimum is just not big enough.
The number probably just needs changed to 5gb.
