If you have seconds displaying, it updates almost immediately. But I
don't have seconds displaying, because the constant change is annoying.

If you don't have seconds displaying, it doesn't update the next time
the clock rolls over from one minute to the next. I expected it to, but
it doesn't. I've only waited two or three minutes - maybe it would fix
itself eventually, I don't know. It does update itself when the clock
rolls over from one _hour_ to the next, but that can be a long time to
wait!

Is it difficult to have the control applet tell the clock to redraw
itself completely whenever you change things?
