Public bug reported: I know, I do not have very much information, but the installer crashed at the end of the installer (the setup part, I think). I had just gotten a "Trying to overwrite (...), file already in gstreamer-something or the other."
Also, the interface seemed sluggish all the way through, maybe not related to the crash.
