Hi Brian, I can't tell since I've upgraded to 12.04 in the intervening time. I don't believe I've had a similar problem on 12.04, but it has been a long time since I filed this bug report and my memory of it is now a bit hazy. If you like, I can follow specific instructions on how to check it in 12.04.
