Well I grew impatient and built 0.9.20.4 from source and overwritten the old 
package files yesterday a few hours after I posted.
But I will install your packages to test anyway. I like to have the package 
manager keeping track of everything.
Building from source defeats the purpose of a package manager. You forget where 
all the files are spread over the file system when you want to uninstall 
something.
Linux really needs better binary compatibility at the Desktop level so the 
developers themselves can release a package working in all distros.
