mind filing a new report so your hardware may be easily tracked, via a terminal:
ubuntu-bug linux
This will help avoid the scenario ("It kinda works for my ipad.", "It
doesn't work for my iPhone.", "Me too!"), and ensures the issue with
your iPad is addressed.
