I have solved problem with webcam in xps 1330m
you need to download from svn-trunk source code of driver and apply that
little patch.
if you have problems on "modprobe uvcvideo" with lsmod u need to control
if you have inserted these modules:
"compat_ioctl32", "v4l1_compat" and "v4l2_common"
and it cam works perfectly (tested with ekiga cam support)
In my situation I need always to insert "compat_ioctl32"
