Public bug reported: When restarting the daemon logging into plain text files instead of PGsql, the source expects 7 columns, but there are eight of them within the files. Modifying the source and rebuilding fixes the whole thing and the logs are successfully reimported. Here is the description for debian and patch to fix it. http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=660810 The main application seems to be no longer maintained.
