When it happened today, I had several tabs open. It happened with all
tabs. I closed all tabs, but a Facebook, and it still happened. I
started a new tab for this page and closed the Facebook tab and
thereafter scrolling works better as expected. I added a Facebook tab
again, and scrolling still works fluently.

** Description changed:

Scrolling a page up/down by mouse wheel, arrow keys, or pageup/pagedown
keys is very unresponsive. Sometime it seems like it will never respond.
However CPU usage does not raise then. Dragging the slider by mouse
works better (but also that is less responsive than with chromium-
browser). Tested by e.g. launchpad.net pages.

- Occurence: sometimes, but when starts to happen, it tends to last to the
- end of the Firefox session.
