My fan base said they want more results, and you know, I'll do anything
for the fans.  Using the mega-merge branch and starting a click
application (sudoku).  Comparing results:

Was: 1.8s  Mega-merge: 1.236s

The majority of the time is in the two click calls (507ms each) which
are slated to be removed with libclick when it becomes available.  When
that happens it is expected that click application launching will be
roughly the same as legacy application launching.
