@Brian, if possible, could you please follow the steps in comment #40 and also comment out 'deny capability kill' in /etc/apparmor.d/abstractions /libvirt-qemu, restart libvirt (sudo stop libvirt-bin; sudo start libvirt-bin) or reboot, and see if that works for you?
