Public bug reported:

Selecting the 32-bit architecture filter in muon-installer only shows a
small number of i386 packages. There are many packages that are missing
(libgtk, libxmu, to name a few).

In addition, certain packages do not appear until you restart muon-
installer. One time I refreshed the package list and "kate" did not
appear in the index until I restarted muon.
