** Description changed: During installation I choose English (US) as system language (keyboard layout and UI). Then on the time zone map, I choose Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic). After rebooting into the fresh install the date is in Spanish and the - Regional Formats are set to Spanish (the keyboard is set to English, - which is OK). + Regional Formats are set to Spanish (the keyboard and UI are set to + English, which is OK). I would expect the regional formats set to the language I have chosen during the installation process.
