I was going to file a bug about the system update interface needing a
little design love, but since it looks like there is already going to a
revamp I'll just leave a comment here.

- When there are no new updates, the text currently reads "No software
update available" In my opinion, something along the lines of "Your
system is up to date" would be preferable. It would feel more
reassuring.

- The last updated time and date could be a bit more human readable. For
instance, right now mine reads: "2013-11-14 16:37:49" Do I really need
to know the seconds? I'm using 12-hr time every where else, but this
displays 24-hr.

- On a related note, wouldn't the time that the user last checked for an
update be better to display rather than the last time an update was
applied?
