Thank you for your answer.
I just want to add. I have a laptop which does not have his battery. I think 
it's why my laptop doesn't remember the hour.
So if I can pass on an other port (or something different) to retrieve the 
hour, I will have the correct hour when I switch on my computer. Because during 
all weeks, I'm on a public network (I'm living and studying in a building of my 
school).
