For me, it seems to be a display problem. If I suspend to ram (since
that's the quickest to resume from), resume and type "find /", the hard
drive starts rattling, even though the display is completely black.

I did have suspend to disk and ram working before, with earlier kernels,
and something's changed since then, and I'm not sure what.

This machine is an amd64 with a Radeon Xpress 200M card. Using vbetool
to either POST or restore saved state hangs the machine, and radeontool
claims that it can't find the Radeon control memory. Any other
suggestions for getting my display back? It doesn't matter whether or
not I have X running when I suspend.
