I have an AOC external monitor, connected to my laptop. After the update
below, My computer is unable to properly recognize the screen
parameters.
It sees the display and can use it but not with the correct parameters.
xrandr -q provides this info.

640x480 59.9
It should show settings up to 1920x1080.
I have tried manually adding the mode using xrandr, but it just ignores
the new settings.
