steps to reproduce:
1. boot into the system
2. dmesg | grep 'Cannot transition to non-D0 state from D3'
    - you will see nothing
3. make the system suspend by the indicator on the top-right desktop "Suspend"
4. dmesg | grep 'Cannot transition to non-D0 state from D3'
    - you will see this message was dumped
