Public bug reported:

Sometimes when I switch on my computer the lightdm ignores every imput so I
can't move the mouse pointer and nor can I type anything, therefore I have to
switch it off. I didn't relise any system in it. Firstly I tought that it
happens, when I don't do anything immediately after the start of display, but
then I started my computer this way, and it didn't work.
I'm not sure if it's in the logs but I use Toshiba Satellite C855D-15V with
closed AMD driver installed.
