Public bug reported: I'm using the Jamendo tab and playing music with the Lyrics tab turned off. Nevertheless, for every track played, Guayadeque makes a series of many many unwanted HTTP requests to Lyric servers, as shown below.
I'm trying to establish why Guayadeque hangs regularly in the middle of playback of Jamendo songs, and I found this wasteful behaviour and wondered if it may be contributing (e.g. hanging some control thread, holding on to threads until they run out). This behaviour should be turned off by default anyway, in my view. I had no idea these requests were being made. However, when the Lyrics are not active it should _definitely_ not be doing it. A workaround might be to go through manually disabling every Lyrics server within preferences, but this is a lot to expect people to do by default.
