I removed the downloads.rdf from the profile. I even looked up profile.ini just to make sure I was doing the right thing, then deleted the downloads.rdf but no change. I had closed firefox-granparadiso at the time of deletion but still no change, I logged out & logged back in but still no change, I even shut down the machine & then did the whole thing but no change :(
