You know, we don't all have time to constantly sit by our inboxes monitoring every bug status change, particularly as the signal to noise ratio from bug mail is pretty much zero. This hasn't got any attention because the only person likely to do it is much busier with other higher priority things, and because this incompatibility is with an external piece of software that isn't even provided by us.
