Public bug reported: The deb package is missing the depencency to libwayland. As consequence, no windows decorations make KDE hardly useable.
$ kwin --replace kwin: error while loading shared libraries: libwayland-egl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Work-around: Use the compiz windows manager (system-settings -> standard components -> window manager).
