OK, semi fixed. I did the following: - Remove the pool using virsh - rm -r ~/.local/share/gnome-boxes - reset all dconf values to their default - Reinstall gnome-boxes
Skipping either the dconf or the ~/.local/share/gnome-boxes folder resulted in the exact same segfault. Marking this one as fixed, as it seems to have been a local problem. ** Changed in: gnome-boxes (Ubuntu) Status: New => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1245086 Title: Gnome-boxes dumps core on start To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-boxes/+bug/1245086/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
