Hi, I have read all the comments but I am not sure what to do (my english is poor...).
The problem occurs on the PC of a family member of myself and I cannot install packages that broke something else or break update manager or synaptic. I need to make working the scanner included with her HP PHotosmart Premium C309a, is there a user-friendly solution ? I think I understood that the problem is fixed, will the fix come automatically in a next update? Thank you for your help.
