The fix for bug 1212025 does exist in the saucy release upgrader so I'm
not quite sure what is wrong here. Looking at you aptclone file I see
the following:
./etc/apt/sources.list.d/
./etc/apt/sources.list.d/aims-sagemath-quantal.list
./etc/apt/sources.list.d/cherokee-webserver-ppa-raring.list.save
./etc/apt/sources.list.d/phablet-team-tools-quantal.list.save
./etc/apt/sources.list.d/ubuntu-toolchain-r-test-raring.list
Do you have any additional source lists in /etc/apt/sources.list.d? If
so could you please add it as an attachment to this bug report. Thanks
