Public bug reported: On Ubuntu 13.10 a Lenovo X1 Carbon running Ubuntu 64-bit has problems to communicate with bluetooth input devices on resume from suspend. This problem happened only after upgrade to Ubuntu 13.10.
Reloading the module btusb fixes the problem (rmmod btusb; modprobe btusb). Placing the module name btusb in the MODULES parameter on /etc/default/acpi-support does not fix the problem. I had to create a script in /etc/pm/sleep.d/ to make the module reload successfully. ** Affects: pm-utils (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1242310 Title: Bluetooth disabled after resume To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pm-utils/+bug/1242310/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
