Gutsy with yesterday's dist-upgrades is showing the same error. I eventually get a login screen, but entry of name and pass return me to login screen [CTRL] [Alt] [F1] shows me a continually incrementing list [ 320.xxxxxx] device-mapper: table: 254:0: linear: dm-linear: Device lookup failed. I never get a log-in to see if I even have evms.
