Additional bug hint: the bootup error message repeatedly occured after reboot for a fresh installed new kernel.
The next thing I try is setting the module k10temp to disable by removing: -------------------------- Confirm that the sensor is in fact valid and reliable. If it is, can edit /etc/modprobe.d/k10temp.conf and add: options k10temp force=1 This will allow the module to load at boot. _________________ (Source: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/lm_sensors#K10Temp_Module) This option is now set to zero! I will update you soon if error persists. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1239672 Title: amd64: "Fixing recursive fault but reboot is needed!"
