As a quick test, I built a saucy test kernel with commit e39506b reverted. This test kernel can be downloaded from:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~jsalisbury/lp1237336/ Can you test this kernel and see if it still exhibits the bug? If it still has the bug, we can start a kernel bisect to identify the commit that introduced this regression.
