Public bug reported:

[Impact]

 * For some Bluetooth devices such as Apple Wireless Keyboard/Mouse, you
can name them by valid UTF-8 string. However those UTF-8 strings are not
showed. It is very annoying for the users that they can not see those
valid UTF-8 strings.

[Test Case]

 * Pair some Bluetooth devices, such as Apple Wireless Mouse or Apple Wireless
Keyboard.
 * Open gnome-power-statistics, you have find that the 'Model' field of Apple
Wireless Mouse shows only ASCII without the correct name.

[Regression Potential]

 * There is no obvious regression as I know.

[Other Info]

 * This issue is fixed in Saucy but not in Precise, Quantal and Raring.
 * We still need another patch from
https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=d0a934b764c67b4bf626f5b7cf725a6e3066afd2
to make Apple Wireless Keyboard show.

** Affects: upower (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
