seem that you are still using static quirk since there are no Jack detection controls" I've checked the tag date/time for 3.8 kernel here: http://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/tiwai/sound.git/tag/?id=v3.8 And it seems that I need to try newer kernel than the 3.8.0.
