Whatever is wrong, the MOTU should fix the package. This is a simple fix of just adding an extra req. The point is that libdbwrap.so is available in python-samba according to apt-file. If python-samba should not be required for evolution-mapi, then the proper shared objects should be placed in the correct package. Otherwise, python-samba should be a requirement of evolution-mapi. Below is the output of me fixing this on my machine about 5 minutes ago.
