The ISO is the standard Ubuntu Saucy ISO with a patched kernel, that has commit a0c516c applied. ZRAM is configured as a module in Saucy: CONFIG_ZRAM=m
I'm not exactly sure how lubuntu enables ZRAM during installation time? Do you have a way to enable ZRAM like mentioned in comment #10?
