Thank you for reporting this, and trying to help make Ubuntu better. However, the ATI restricted drivers (fglrx) do not provide the features that Compiz requires to run. As we are unable to modify or fix the restricted drivers, there is nothing Ubuntu can do about this. Marking as invalid.
