Public bug reported:
KDE "System Settings" / "Users & Groups" tool seems to assign user ID
1001 and group ID 500 to the first additional user.
The "adduser" command line tool assigns user ID 1001 and group ID 1001.
(Furthermore, the "Users & Groups" tool seems to get easily confused and
starts displaying incorrect information and refuses to make any further
updates in the system files.)
